Friday Visitations

Good afternoon,

We had a fair amount of coming and going this fine day.

First, Father Kevin came by and shared the story of Blind Bartemeus with us.

Followed by a visit from Mr A and Room 3, who taught us two new phrases in Maori.
Ata Mārie.
[Aatar mar-e-ay]
(Good morning)

Ko wai tō hoa?
[Kor wigh (like right without the r or t) tor hoo-ah]
(Who is your friend?)

Ko [their name] tāku hoa.
[Kor [their name] tar-koo hoo-ah]

Room 2 then visited the library (you'll just have to take my word for it!) and Assembly.

They then split off four ways. Some to R1, some to R11, some to R12 and some with me to the hall for Kapa Haka.

And a good time was had by all.

Have a great weekend,

Mr Grant
